Enclosing Under Two Houses
Job description
We are fitting insulation and moisture sheeting under our two houses. But before this work can start we need someone to enclose the sides under each house and possibly dig a drainage channel (with coil etc) to move any runoff away from each house. The enclosing material can be fibre sheeting and as it will be under the house it will not be seen so it does not need to be a high quality finish. Air vents will be needed. House 1: Approx 10m of sheeting along a slope. Average height around 1m. Drainage channel about 10m. House 2:Approx 9m of sheeting along a slope. Ave height 1m. Drainage channel about 9m. We need the work done as soon as possible in January. Quote needed for a tight budget!

Very quick to arrange to view the work and came back with a detailed quote. Very professional. Martin is a builder who produces work of a very high standard - he makes sure that he fully understands the job before he begins and then just gets on with it.He shows up at the time he specifies as well. I would recommend him to anyone - he is the best builder we have used (and we have used many over the years). Plus he is a really nice, genuine guy.
