Re-attach bowl to floor

Our toilet bowl has come loose from the floor, with the silicone around the bowl being dislodged. In addition, the two screws at the rear of the base have popped out of the floor, and I can't locate whatever they were previously connected to. The work is to re-fix those screws and silicone the bowl back to the tiles.
