this is a known issue that the blockage between sewer pipe and the public connection point, which was fixed using a snake 3 years ago. So again need a snake to get through.

I'm happy with the service Jin has provided, they're professional and came over on time, fixed the issue in 30 minutes. To ensure the work has been done properly, they used snake a few times to guarantee all the tree roots have been taken out. Highly recommended.
