find source of water flowing under house

When we next have a rainy day, wanting someone to place dye behind house, to find main source of water that flows under the house, through the garage, and down the driveway whenever we have heavy rain. We get a mini lake in dirt basement every time... which looks to be undermining one of the house piles. Also wells up under concrete at front of garage.
