Install drainage to prevent basement leaking
Job description
Basement leaking water in heavy rain events. Have added pictures / detail of where we believe area of house is leaking water and where drainage is required. The issue is at the shared drive side of the property when we looked at the water coming in to the property so my assumption is drainage at front of house and down drive side of house to drain shown in first pic. 2nd pic shows other side of house and alternative route to drainage behind gate area. There is one other drain by the steps but this appears to be a soakaway only from what I can see. Keen to get someone to look and price asap

Can't fault Adrian. Came when he said he would. Discussed the job honestly. Did the work we agreed both on time and on budget and left site clean and tidy.
