Unblock drain from house downpipes to road

There is a blockage in the drain which takes water from our roof to the road. Our house is about 15-20m from the road. The pipe runs under our grass and a fence to the road and is not on a slope. I've used my own water blaster with pipe cleaning attachment to try and clear it without luck. Access to the pipe from the house and the road. The blockage I think is 5m from the road which is exactly where a camelia is growing so likely roots in the way. So I am looking for someone to clear the pipe thoroughly.

I am happy that the blockages to the pipes were resolved so that water can get through now. Would be ideal to have a way to cut through the tap root which made its way into the pipe but I can tackle that another time, the flow of water is the most important thing. Thanks.
