Post Flood Drain Review

Hi there - my house flooded during the atmospheric river and cyclone Gabrielle. It has never flooded before - and needing a solution to ensure further damage is reduced and can be insured. Water appeared to come up from underneath the ground - maybe through concrete cracks. I believe the biggest likelihood would be from water coming down from higher properties and not draining out of the gardens sufficiently. I need someone to inspect the property and help with fixing.
