Drainage repairs and maintenance - Hillcrest, North Shore

1. There is a storm water drain which runs downhill from a hard surface to the kerb. There seems to be a blockage half way down which is causing water to discharge through a hole to the surface of the lawn. I would like this cleared and repaired. 2. The house is on a slope and the basement garage retains about half a metre of soil. During heavy rain, water leaks through the brick work into the garage. This has gradually got worse over time. Query whether there is a drain under there that is getting blocked. Otherwise are there any drainage solutions that can be implemented.
