Water possibly leaking from toilet base?

I noticed the carpet outside of my bathroom was quite wet but couldn’t see any area which it was coming in from (outside, through roof, etc). Further looking has revealed the grates between the tiles are wet (but not pooling with water) while the tiles themselves are completely dry on the top. Unsure as to what is happening, suspecting a leak from the toilet base but not 100% sure.
