Underground drainage causing garage leak

The downpipe outside flat seems to have a leak under ground which is causing the garage to flood. When we initially moved the pipe out of the clay 'holder' the water stopped for a while. I have a video of the water ingress into the garage, but I can't post it here. Urgently need someone with a camera to check drain and fix leak by Saturday... if possible please!
