Inspect stormwater to drains to determine if there is a leaking problem

Stormwater drain apparently leaking. Soil around base of drain has eroded away due to years of wet weather. Softening of ground has slightly sunken property in corner which has cause crack in brickwork and gap in window. Need a drain expert to come out and determine if the drains have a problem and if so what would be required to fix them.
