Remedial Work - drainage channel
Job description
Recently purchased the property, builder inspection identified work needed in the subfloor space where the ground slopes down towards the basement. Surface water & ground water collect in a poorly formed inadequate drain against the basement wall. It looks like drainage channel has degraded over time. Drainage coil potentially clogged up. Remedial work required to provide new and adequate drainage channel. There is relatively good access in the underfloor space (approx 6ft headspace). Access via door in garage. Underfloor space has ground moisture barrier installed.

Justin was quick to come and view the job and got back to me with a quote very quickly. Job was completed to a high standard, his team done a great job installing new drainage channel. Timeframe for completion was bang on. It would have taken me days to complete the job myself and I wouldn't have done anywhere near as good a job. Communication was great throughout and cost was exactly as quoted. Great job all round. Thanks Justin, Scott and the young man with the shovel!!!
