Fix leaking pipe/valve

We have a property with a metal pipe in a ceiling crawlspace that has developed a slow and inconsistent leak around a join/valve. Over time this has destroyed the ceiling gib which we are now repairing. A picture of the offender is included in its present habitat. This job includes the careful removal and replacement of the dodgy join/valve in a way that assures we won't have further leaking. Access to the crawlspace is available via a hatch in the garage. Job is ASAP.
