toilet valve leaking

Toilet valve does not seem to be fully closing. Small leakage into bowl apparent. Roca, Victoria. It is a single pushbutton type, don't know if that should be replaced with dual flush. Push button is in the habit of getting stuck too. - I would also like to price adding an outside tap 3m around corner of the house.
