All the good reviews matched Louis's professionalism in the job done. Had other plumbers looked at the job and both insisted that the old toilet needed to be replaced with a side exit toilet which is much more expensive. Louis came up with a solution and saved me some money by using a standard P toilet bowl although have to spend on buying connecting hose. Overall, very satisfied with the job done and will use him again. The best is the fixed price quotation.
