Installing New Kitchen Sink and New Kitchen tap

I am wanting to instal a new kitchen sink and new kitchen tap (to replace the existing ones). I have purchased the tap (here is the link for the tap I have purchased --- . Reference K1013). The sink is set on top of a granite bench. The current stainless steel sink measurements are: Width: 97 cm De --- & a half cm The plumbing underneath the sink needs fixing/replacing (as you can see from the photo attached). The connection that screws to the pipe on the right hand side of the photo doesn't hold - plumbing parts are about 20 years old and needs replacing. They're worn/old. I tried plumbers tape and even that won't hold the parts together. I am wondering what size sink I am able to get as the size I currently have does not appear to be readily available. I would prefer to just purchase a single sink, rather than a sink and a half (as I currently have). Just wondering if I am able to get a sink that is slightly shorter in width? I will purchase the sink myself once I know what size to purchase. I have already got the tap (as mentioned). I would like a quote for this job please? Thanks.
