The rear wall of our basement garage is showing signs of water issues. We have previously had the internal side of the concrete block wall professionally sealed with Aquaguard but there still seems to be a problem. If the solution is to fix it externally then it would involve cutting the concrete up against the external wall over approximately five metres and removal of the concrete. The external depth to excavate and remove would be about 1200 mm. Presumably after cleaning the wall an external seal would then be applied and then the trench filled with drainage metal. We are reasonably sure the drainflo drainage from the corner of the garage is flowing adequately The description is to give you a concept of the possible work. You will need to provide an assessment of the issue and suggest a solution with an accurate breakdown of the work.
