Installing pipe work for 5000 litre water tank

We have a 5000 water tank which we need drain work done to use it. We need to run about 15metres of pipe under the lawn to the tank and install all the other pipe work including first flush and over flow etc. We also will need a small pump install which will be used for gardens and washing cars etc. We would like to get a quote and discuss possible options. We are wanting this done ASAP and I'm able to help dig the ditch for the pipework.
