drainage/downpipes repairs and maintenance

We have had a full exterior inspection done which has come up with the following drainage, downpipe and waterpipe areas we need to get fixed: 8. Down Pipes PVC. Drainage connections visible at ground level. Drainage connections and brackets on property are broken which is contributing to water under sub floor, requires repair. Rain head requires installing correctly. 9. Drainage -Stormwater/Sewer Council connections. Gully traps and terminal vent pipes checked. Drain in front of garage requires cleaning. This drain will require monitoring with heavy rain and may require improving/upgrading in future. Drainage as per down pipe comments. As previously noted drainage connections for down pipes are damaged and are leaking, require repair. Drain coil below lower retaining is damaged, requires repair. 10. Water / Waste Piping Copper pipes, used for hot and cold. PVC used for waste. Exterior taps tested. Tap on main inlet is broken, requires replacing.
