Job description
After heavy rain the garage/bathroom areas are being flooded. The cause appears to be a leak from a wastewater drain which has a gulley trap that becomes inundated after heavy rain. Repair work will require uplifting of some paving in the vicinity of the gully trap and inspection and repair of the wastewater pipes and gully trap.

I employed Neil fix stormwater leaks to a basement bathroom, the source of which I had been unable to determine. Neil proved to be very knowledgeable and suggested a series of actions which I agreed were sensible and practical. Together with his small crew, he completed a series of excavations, installations and water proofing in a timely manner. He left the site in a a considerably better state than he found it.
