Install laundry tub

To install second hand laundry tub. There is plumbing in place but there is only a washing machine currently, and the existing drain pipe is too high for the laundry tub to be able to drain. The drain pipe will need to be lowered to an appropriate height. Note that the laundry tub and washer will be swapped locations once installed.
