Outdoor tap needs installing

Our existing tap is now covered by our new deck. We need a new tap installed on the side of the house, which may require a line to run from the old tap to the new one (I think.) The new tap will be no more than 3m away from the existing one. A rough estimate would be appreciated. Thank you.
