Buying a house, need a drainlayer to provide advice on potential issues
Job description
We're looking at buying a house and concerned there might be drainage issues. Need a drainlayer to meet us at the property Thursday this week, look at area of concern, look at print out of plans from council file and advise potential issues/work we might be in for if we buy the property. Just need an hour of someone's time.

We used McWilliams Drainage to provide advice on the drainage set-up at a property we're looking at purchasing. Neil was extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgable with a good understanding of council requirements and so on. He met us on site and looked at the plans and was able to explain the existing set-up clearly as well as offer some great advice on potential solutions. He also gave us a very prompt email follow up to put it all in writing. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
