Repair or replace gully due to mislodgement

Water seeping up from underneath the soil whenever someone takes a shower. Plumber came and had a look and said it was due to the pipe being cracked. Work will require digging to the broken area (not deep as water starts seeping almost immediately), supplying labor and materials in the repair, and moving the soil back.
