tradie was on time but had to go back twice to the site as did not do what was agreed. not sure if work was good as it was a rental property and have not heard from tenant again. David was very abusive and rude with his email communication when I asked for receipt. have paid him immediately, the next day when job was completed but david thought I have not paid him and did not read the previous email with receipt I sent him. sent me numerous abusive email that I need to pay him immediately.

"Agreed at $160.She asked to buy $89 tap from M 10. When I viisited Tenant only mentioned w/ machine tap leak. I fixed and reported to the owner with invoice $160 + GST. The owner' need to see d/washer as well'. I had to reschedule and visit again The d/washer has motor problem so that is appliance repair job. I took picture and reported . She ask discount. Surprised. I changed to $100 +tap +GST.=$217 She changed agan paid $189 It is $87+for 2 visits."
