Drain Laying

We have a water problem that will probably require a nib or small wall to be built and a new drain laid at the one end of our downstairs lounge. There is a cavity behind the lounge timber frame, on a steep slope that is protected by the exterior wall of the house, but the cavity leaks occasionally. We will also need the drain to drain outside the house, which will probably mean building a small 2m drain.
