Plumber for hot water line

I am installing a new washing machine and need a hot water line run. The cold water line is already there. It needs to be tee-ed off a copper pipe under the house (easy access) and run about a meter to the wall. Additionally the existing washing machine lines need to be blanked off (both hot and cold). The wall has the gib removed. An isolation tab to be installed and hot and cold water lines to be setup for washing machine.
