New drain / stormwater connection
Job description
We are in the process of removing a cross lease and splitting two houses into unit titles. As part of this process we had to get a drain inspection completed and it turns out one of the houses is not connected to the stormwater system - instead it used an old soakhole which doesn't cut the mustard anymore. I have applied for, and received the required consents for the job to be completed. It will require either digging up a driveway or boring underneath it. Drawings can be provided. Work will require a couple of council inspections in accordance with the building consent.

Dean and his team have been amazing. He was around shortly after getting in touch and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was extremely competitive with his quote and got underway as soon as the weather permitted. Throughout the process his communication has been great. Top job and more than happy to recommend. I will be using Dean for any additional civil works required.
