Balcony Leaking & Drainage Pipe Enlargement-Replacement

this was a building mistake as you can tell from the photo the drain pipe is higher than the balcony bottom level so the water never goes out completely; i need a bigger pipe to replace this current one. also there's a leak probably 50cm left to the pipe, i can see the dropping under the balcony, the location is hillcrest. the deck is easy flexible, easy to recover, remove. i do renovations so i have other jobs for you to quote at the moment, the immidiate one is a old villa renovation, need to install a new bathroom, replace one bathroom and replace one toilet, also to extend the laundry to outdoor; floor is over 1 meter high, easy access pile foundation, plenty of space to work. let's do this Hillcrest job first to know each other then we move on to other jobs.
