Leaking and Loose Faucets - Bathroom, Kitchen, & Laundry

A few of our faucets throughout our house are loose and leaky. The tap leaking in our kitchen has caused swelling of the bench surrounding it. The leaking tap in the bathroom has caused water marks down the faucet itself and onto the vanity. The tap in the laundry is loose and doesn't work for hot water? It should be an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing.
