Kitchen/bath sealing

Hi there, I am needing my kitchen bench resealed along the backboard and the sink (backboard may need to be sanded back in some way??) I also am wanting the seals around the bath checked and the shower/bath wall refixed (minor) as it is coming away from the wall when showering. The seals were said to be replaced when we purchased the home 8mnths ago. I am also wanting the subfloor checked to see all is well before we seal it off from the bottom (Bathroom is on second floor and we are currently near completing renos below).
