Removal and replacement of toilet and vanity in spare toilet

We have have an inwall cistern that has leaked causing sagging to the spare toilet subfloor. We need the existing toilet and vanity removed so the builder's can replace the damaged subfloor. Once the floor is replaced, we will need a new toilet and vanity/sink installed.
