Taps, filter and some advice

The mixer tap in the shower is leaking, I suspect it needs a new washer. I have a new mixer tap to replace the existing one in the kitchen sink. I don't know how old the filter in the water filter under the sink is, so would like that replaced too please. We would like to upgrade the main bathroom and ensuite in the near future, but have no idea where to start, so would like some advice on this while you are here. Many thanks Theresa
