Water pipes & drain relocation

We're renovating our kitchen and will need the drain & water source moved for our dishwasher. Additionally the source for our kitchen sink is out of the wall and we'd like to run the water through the bench rather than the wall if possible. We have the gib being redone in a couple of weeks so I'd like to coordinate this to be completed while the walls are down to make everyone's job easier if possible
