Old toilet removal and new install

Need a plumber to remove old P-trap toilet and install a new one. The challenge is dealing with the current cast iron waste pipe that is set on an angle. Probably needs removal and replaced with PVC. See photos attached plus a few of the same style of toilet for install. Not quite back to wall.
