Install Hot Water Booster Pump

I have a rental property with low pressure hot water and have purchase a Grundfos UPA15-90 Hot Water Booster Pump that I would like installed to give my tenants decent water pressure. I have talked to a plumber who has never heard of the concept before. Their was a pump installed but it died and my tenants no longer have a usable shower.
