Installing bathtub, vanity, showe, toilet snd sink

Hi, We are doing a renovation and below jobs are required: 1- existing bathtub and Vanity in bathroom will be demolished (by others) and you need to fit a new standalone bathtub and Vanity and tap and mixer in. Vanity currently facing the window requires to be rotated 90 degrees to face the wall. All exiting boards will be replaced with new gibs by builder which makes the piping relocation easier I believe. 2- A new shower cabin (lining, tray and glass, --- ) will be fitted in the existing shower space. New shower tray has the waste in the centre which requires an alignment compared to existing waste location. New shower mixer will replace existing one. 3- Toilet to be replaced with a new one. 4- Kitchen benchtop will be replaced with a new one. Existing sink and a new tap to be fitted in the new benchtop. All materials (apart from consumables) will be provided. Job to be done Mid-Feb.
