Quote for Installation of Bathroom in Garage

I am looking to convert 3/4 of my garage into a studio apartment. It already has water and Stormwater drainage to one corner, but not quite where the bathroom will go (I don't think it is sewer drainage but that would be a bonus). But I want to put in a small ensuite (Shower, toilet, Sink within 2.5m2) and kitchenette approx 3 metres away. The garage has a concrete floor, and the bathroom is to be on the external wall. The kitchen drainage does not require cutting into the concrete. The sewer pipes are approximately 20 meters across grass from where they would have to connect to the house drainage. There are a couple of pipes to navigate around but nothing crazy. I am speaking to council already to check that there is no issue. I have got rough plans already for a quote to be developed, am just struggling to load them on here as a photo!
