Install stormwater and reconnect water

My original plumber has dropped out and I am looking for quotes to install stormwater pipe underground and reconnect cold water to a shed. The shed was originally connected but this was disconnected 20-30 years ago. Around 50 sqm of concrete and 100mm of soil below that needs to be removed. From there stormwater pipes that currently run above ground need to be installed. Water then can be reconnected to the shed with some minor internal plumbing required: connect to tap and toilet. Also need a new downpipe. Would like this done before Xmas. Late notice, I know.
