Remove cold tap from basin. The securing nut up under the basin is extremely tight. Replace with supplied tap. Remove hot and cold kitchen sink taps and replace with mixer supplied. Remove Topliss Shower Mixer and replace with reconditioned Topliss Shower Mixer, supplied. This is in a 1940’s house and still has mostly steel pipes. The Shower Mixer is leaking and the cold tap has a slight leak where the copper pipe joins the steel pipe in the wall.

Damian was GREAT to deal with, extremely quick to respond and completed the job much sooner than I expected. I appreciated the fact that he explained the work to me and was prepared to work with the second hand parts I supplied. I think I have found my new plumber.
