Roof Inspection

I am looking for a registered plumber experienced in roof inspections please. I would like to have my galvanised iron roof inspected so that any repairs may be completed prior to sale of the house. This is essential as part of the dossier of information to potential buyers, so very important. Photo of house attached to show type of roof. House was built in 1974. Some repairs have already been done successfully with no further leaks. There are a couple of known spots where the roofing iron bends to meet the verandah that need attention. (verandah roof is not sleeved under roof iron). There are no leaks into the house. Would appreciate quick attention please. Repair of the verandah spots and any other identified work would be part of this assignment. Thank you
