My kitchen tap unit, same as the one pictured has worked itself loose in its bench fitting. It doesn't swivel any more either. I am looking for someone who is familiar with these taps to repair it please. It is really difficult to get to as it's behind the plumbing. Hence the need to know the anatomy of these taps. Thank you!
