To remove wall between Kitchen and Dining (not load bearing so I am told!) and Kitchen cabinets on this wall (pantry and small cupboard). Does have power points so maybe need electrician - could have a couple of odd jobs for electrician to do as well if. Replace ceiling in Kitchen, Dining and Lounge (will be one room) approx 3.6m x 8m. So it is ready for painting. Will need to replace pink batts as currently fluffy stuff. This job would be suited if you work along side with other tradepeople. Will also be installing new kitchen so maybe able to do the whole job together. Looking at doing the job before end of July. Weekend work is ok.
