Fixing of exterior tap for hose etc

Last year our exterior tap that is attached under/to the side of the house came lose due to the threaded connection wearing off. A plumber did a temporary fix (as seen in the photos) by putting an extension between the tap fixture and the house. This is now popping off and is becoming rather dodgy as can come off at any time and the only way to stop it is at the toby. Is is possible to get this quoted to fix properly??
