Need to install a bath with a shower over it, plus put a new toilet in it, and also to put a new vanity in. Would like to lay a new floor (vinyel)? Pretty sure the gib etc around current shower will have to be replaced and the floor boards also. Old units will have to be taken out, you can sell these if you want?
