I live at: 102 Cook Street, West End, Palmerston North. phone --- Need a handyman carpenter to repair a hotwater cupboard that has been badly damaged from a leaking hotwater cylinder to give a quote please. Need a plumber to remove the existing hotwater cylinder and replace it with a hotwater pressure cylinder that is suitable for a family of 4 adults and 4 children. I can pay for the repair costs but I would need to seek financial assist for the hotwater cylinder and the plumber's labor costs.
