Stormwater soakaway for garage.

I have a garage from house purchase that turns out, has not got compliance yet (built by skyline 2 years ago but not signed off) and the spouting downpipes simply go to ground. I'd need a 1.8m concrete pipe (vertical) soakaway dug and built and inspected by Building control and then downpipe connect to the downpipes and spoil removed.
