Small plumbing job - relocate pipe

The hot water cylinder overflow/exit pipe goes out by the back steps. I need the pipe shifted so it exits into the garden instead of flowing onto the concrete by steps! It's a safety hazard. Hopefully a simple job someone can pick up for me please. Attached photo
