Drainage work for relocated house

I will be relocating a house approx. early October. Job includes sewer & stormwater pipes and soak pits as detailed on plan. I have 2 concrete catch pits with cast iron grates on site that need to be installed for the driveway drainage. I will reposition existing water pipe, laid by previous section owner, to house & fit waste pipes under house, and lay channel drain across front of carport. Site has existing connection point to sewer main. Sewer main approx. 1.5-2m deep, approx. 300mm fall across site. Soak pits 600mm x 6m x 2m deep. These plans are at council now, but I am open to suggestions if you have easier/cheaper ideas for this job.
