New Bathroom
Job description
Rental property - bathroom needs to be re-done. Reasonable quality but not top range. New bath, vanity and toilet. Its a small room, but some flooring needs replacing. New shower rail - possibly new heated towel rail, heater, light, and ventilator. Tiles at vanity replaced with white seratone. Some wall linings may need to be removed.. Possibly seratone around bath, and perhaps ceiling as well. Fittings - taps and shower over bath may be able to be used again. Paint

This job was planned to start 16th March. It took 3 months to finish, although part of that time was due to an unfortunate injury on another job. The tenant (without any consultation with me) agreed with the builder to do the painting and other work. It was not a comfortable experience.

"The owner was very good to deal with,the only problem being that they were based in Dunedin so our only contact was by phone or email,the job did take longer than expected as I fractured both of my feet in an accident and ended up being off work for 8 months and I arranged for another builder to finish it."
